Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Beanz Republic, we roast every order fresh the same day
it ships. Because our coffee is a perishable food product,
we are unable to accept returns.
NO RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of freshly
roasted coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on
any orders.
OUR FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind every bag
we roast. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit,
or if you are not satisfied with the quality of your coffee,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
don@beanzrepublic.com and we will make it right.
We may offer one of the following resolutions at our
discretion:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Store credit toward a future order
- Partial or full refund depending on the circumstances
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately
at don@beanzrepublic.com. We will ship the correct item at
no additional cost.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at
any time before the next order processes. Once a subscription
order has been roasted and shipped it is subject to our
standard no-return policy.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered
but cannot be located, please contact us at
don@beanzrepublic.com within 7 days and we will work with
the carrier to resolve the issue.
